Once you have setup the client you can enable the Remediation and Automation process as follows:

  1. Login to OpsRamp portal.
  2. From All Clients, select a client.
  3. Navigate to Setup > Accounts. The Account Details page will appear.
  4. On the right side of the Account Details page, click Settings.
  5. In the Account Setting page, enter the basic details.

  1. Enter all the required details and then click Save.
  2. Next, click the Add-Ons tab.
    • From Product Package, select the Remediation and Automation package.
    • From Add-Ons, select Process Automation.
  3. Click Save.

To help with this, Process Automation includes a special add-on that enhances your awareness of these aspects. This ensures that you are informed about the potential impacts and responsibilities associated with automation.


To verify that process definition is enabled for the client, navigate to Automation > Process Automation > Process Definitions. If successfully enabled, the Process Definitions page permits you to create a new process, edit an existing process, and use advanced functions to manage the process definitions.
