This section describes how to approve/reject a single resource.

To approve a single task:

  1. Click the critical or warning count that has a single resource to approve.
    The resource page is displayed with the resource details.

  1. Select the resource that you want to approve.
    A RESOURCE side panel is displayed as shown below.

  2. Select APPROVE to approve the resource.

  3. Click SAVE. Once a task is approved, the process instance task is triggered and completed based on the workflow which is selected by the user under policy.

    Also, an email notification is sent to the administrator.

  4. You can also reject the resource from the RESOURCE page.

  5. Select REJECT.

  6. Click SAVE.

Single Approval - Semantic Policy

This section describes how to approve a semantic policy.

To approve:

  1. Select the semantic policy that you want to approve.
    The resource page is displayed with the resource details.

  2. Select the resource that you want to approve.
    A RESOURCE side panel is displayed as shown below.

  3. Select APPROVE.

  4. Click SAVE.
    The approved dialog is displayed.

Once a task is approved, the process instance task is triggered and completed based on the workflow which is selected by the user under policy.
