This guide describes how to install the OpsRamp Agent on windows using Agent EXE file.

  • Step 1: Install the Microsoft Windows OS Integration
  • Step 2: Choose connection type (Direct or Proxy) and download the EXE file:
  • Step 3: Install the Agent with Admin

Download the Agent EXE File

Refer Download Windows Agent document.

Install the Agent with Admin

  1. Navigate to the downloaded EXE file.
  2. Right click on the EXE file and Run as administrator.
  3. Silent installation process will start automatically.
  4. The server appears on the OpsRamp Infrastructure page within a few seconds.
  5. You do not need to reboot your system after installation.

View the installation logs in the C:\Windows\Temp\OpsRampAgentInstallation.log.
